Our site is open 24 hours a day and our goal is to return any e-mails or calls within 24 hours unless we have a posting or message indicating that we are away and what our return time will be. If you don't hear from us within 24 hours, please try again.
Our business is web-based but we have inventory in our home. Local and visiting customers are welcome to come over to see products in person or to discuss different diapering options. As well, anyone considering a baby carrier is welcome to come over and try on a Hotsling or Zolowear carrier in person to see if it is a good fit.
We are mainly available for customers to come over Tuesday through Friday.
Please call or e-mail 1 - 2 days in advance to let us know what time and day you will be by so we can make sure we are home. If you are hoping to reach us with short notice, still try and you may be able to get ahold of us and come right over. Until mid-August our location is in East Kildonan.
Deliveries can take place any day of the week, generally in the early evening. We will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery time. As we usually do many deliveries at once, we will give you the hour will be arriving, ie: between 7 - 8pm. We try hard to stay as close to schedule as possible.
Pickups for orders can generally take place any day of the week. As long as we know approximately when you are coming, we will be there and will have your order ready.
Local customers also have the option of paying for their order by check or cash when it is delivered or when the order is picked up. Please choose this option in the cart during check-out.
