In-stock items will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days. If you have placed a special order we will do our best to get your order shipped to you within 1-2 days from when your item has arrived to us.

Money Orders and Personal Cheques:
If sending a Money Order from the USA, please make sure it is cashable within Canada and it must be in Canadian Funds.

Local Pick Up:
Local customers are welcome to pay cash if doing a local pickup or if we are delivering your order to your home.
We will make arrangements with you for a time that is convenient for both of us.
Delivery within City limits:
Free home delivery within Winnipeg city limits for all orders over $50.00.
other wise there is a $5.00 charge for all City Deliveries.

Orders are shipped to Canadian customers via Canada Post Express 1-7 days guaranteed delivery time. Tracking and insurance up to $100.00 is included for every order shipped within Canada. If your purchase requires more insurance please purchase extra shipping insurance.
If you would like to order from us and have your package shipped uninsured to save money we can do this. But please note, that we will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. Shipping without insurance is at your own risk.
Please e-mail us for a shipping quote before you place your order if you wish to have your items shipped uninsured.
Orders are shipped to United States customers via Canada Post insured up to $100.00. Extra insurance can be purchased for an additional charge. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages that have been sipped uninsured. Cloth Diaper Mom will not be responsible for any Taxes or Duty charged by customs.
Packages usually arrive within 2 weeks from date of delivery, but please expect delays during busy times of the year.
Exchanges and Returns
We want to ensure that you are happy with your product. Please ask any questions prior to ordering to ensure you are ordering products that are right for you.
We are happy to exchange or refund any product within 14 Days. Please contact us to advise us of the exchange or refund ahead of time. Items must be returned in original condition and cannot be used or washed. Any items with a product tag must still have the tag attached to get a refund. If the tags are taken off the product and the product has been unused and unwashed we will only do an exchange, a refund will not be issued.
Shipping will be at the buyers expense.
Special Orders
If there is an item that you wish to place a special order for, please feel free to e-mail us.
Special order items can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to arrive depending on the product. When your order is placed we will be able to give you a better time frame for delivery.
We do require that special orders are paid for in full. You may pay for your order from one of our payment options.
We only do exchanges or store credits on special orders, no refunds will be issued and all exchange policies are the same for special orders (as listed above)
